Our customers often ask us how we personalise vinyl transfers for workwear, staff uniforms, corporate clothing and promotional clothing.

We’ve put together this insightful video that shows you how we personalise individual garments using a CAD Cut process in a few simple steps. Our customers love the quality finish and durability of the vinyl transfers on their personalised workwear.

Vinyl transfers are produced by a computer-controlled blade digitally cutting the design out of vinyl. The excess vinyl is removed and the transfer trimmed to size. The finished transfer is then pressed onto the garment at high temperature and, once applied, the final product has a clean and durable individual name on the garment ready to wear.

With an array of transfer inks available, there are many finishes and textures to suit each fabric type. Transfers can produce soft, yet durable printed images. In some instances, when printing short print runs or samples, transfers can provide an easier and more cost effective way to produce individually personalised garments.

Heat transfers for industrial workwear or garments can withstand rigorous laundering processes. These transfers are capable of resisting high-temperature washes, they are durable and the quality stands the test of time. It’s possible to imprint uniforms and workwear that traditionally have been embellished with embroidery or appliqués, thus significantly shortening the turnaround cycle.
