The Quality and Feel of DTF Printing
A DTF print sits as a thin, flexible layer on top of the fabric, so it moves with the garment rather than against it. The finish is soft to the touch, with no heavy or plastic feel, and it stays breathable when you wear it.
Because the ink bonds to the fibres under heat and pressure, the print holds its colour wash after wash. DTF also works where other methods struggle: cotton, polyester, blends, nylon and more, on light and dark fabrics alike. That makes it a strong choice for everything from soft cotton tees to DTF personalised sportswear.

- Choose your garments, sizes and quantity.
- Place your order.
- Approve the design: our team finalises your artwork and sends it to you. Once you’re happy, we go to print.
- Receive your order: we print and deliver your DTF-printed garments within seven days.
On top of our quick turnaround, we offer an express delivery service, subject to availability, for urgent jobs. You can also collect your DTF personalised clothing from us in Stirchley, Birmingham.
Our facility in Birmingham is equipped to handle large bulk orders as well as one-offs. If you would like to apply a design to your own stock, speak to our team. We can print onto garments you send us.

Expand Your Fonts
Turning your letters into outlines keeps them clear and easy to read.
Check Your Line Weight
Keep lines thicker than 1mm and fonts at least 2mm high, so they transfer cleanly onto the garment.
Upload your Design as a PNG File
PNG files support transparent files and lossless compression, ensuring we receive your file in full fidelity. PNGs are best for complex designs or photographs, as they keep edges crisp and colours vibrant.

All our designs are bespoke, and we will never pigeonhole you into fixed sizes and layouts. If it fits on the garment, and you are satisfied, we can create it.

Caring for Your DTF Prints
DTF prints are built to last, and a little care keeps them looking their best for longer:
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash to let the print fully bond.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Wash cool — 30°C or below, on a gentle cycle.
- Skip the harsh stuff — no bleach or strong detergents.
- Air dry rather than tumble dry where you can.
- Iron inside out, or place a cloth over the print — never iron directly onto it.
Follow these steps and your DTF-printed clothing will stay sharp and vibrant wash after wash.

Does DTF transfer prints last on clothes?
Yes, our DTF transfers do not crack when you wash your garments.
Is DTF printing better on clothes than sublimation?
DTF applies ink directly to the garment and works on almost any fabric and colour, including cotton and dark garments, where sublimation cannot. For most custom clothing, that makes DTF the more flexible choice.
