Embroidery Digitisation for Your Uniform Order
Digitisation turns your logo into a file our machines can stitch. High fidelity to your original design, crisp outlines and exact stitching, end-to-end.
One Partner, From Logo to Finished Garment
There’s no need to find an embroidery digitisation service before ordering your custom garments from Advance Printwear. We arrange digitisation for embroidery orders with us, at £15 + VAT per design.
From Logo to Finished Sample
Send your artwork to us, and we’ll turn it into a stitch file, stitch a sample, and send it for your sign-off before running the full order.
For the best results:
- Use a high-resolution image
- Use as large an image as possible (min resolution 300dpi)
- Design with no more than 8 colours
- Make sure the font size is min. 20pt (this will produce letters 5mm high)
- Upload your image in JPG or vector format
Not right first time? We revise it until it is.
Built for the Fabric, Not Just the Logo
Polo shirts and blouses take fine detail well.
Fleece often needs extra backing and denser stitching, so the logo doesn’t sink into the pile.
Caps and aprons need placement set around curves, seams, and pockets.
Detailed Logos and Names, Handled
Multi-colour logos and names stitched beside a logo go through the same process.
We’ll tell you upfront if a detail is too small to stitch clearly.
Simple Files to Send Us
Send a JPG, SVG, PNG, PDF, or EPS file.
We’ll turn it into a stitch-ready digitised file for you, within your normal embroidery lead time.
