If you don’t know what format your file is in just give us a call, and we will be happy to help. Most of the common image formats will be acceptable.
Use a high-resolution image
Use as large an image as possible (min resolution 300dpi)
Design with no more than 8 colours
Make sure the font size is min. 20pt (this will produce letters 5mm high)

Got your embroidery design ready? Head over to our quote page and email us your artwork, garment choice and order quantity.

We will get back to you in no time with a competitive quote, based on design complexity.

Confirm the order and our specialists will translate your design into a digitised embroidery pattern, compatible with our machines. We’ll share this for you to review.

Approve the pattern, and we will use our high-stitch-count machinery to embroider it onto your clothing.
The more complex the design, the more stitches are required and the more a cost is incurred. Once the embroidery machine is calibrated for your design the process can be repeated quickly. This becomes quite cost-effective when ordered in batches of at least 25.
Once produced, your order will be quality checked and then dispatched to you to arrive on budget and on time.
